Delaney Rice

Delaney Rice grew up in Fort Wayne surrounded by music. Her dad played in the Army band for eight years and would often play piano or guitar for her around the home. Delaney began tapping away at a small practice pad with a single pair of drumsticks, begging her parents for a full drum kit. Once she got it, Delaney never looked back. She has spent the last 13 years perfecting her craft, graduating from Purdue Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s degree in Popular Music, Recording and Production. Delaney loves music for its power to bring emotion and healing to so many different people. She says no listening experience is ever the same. Delaney also enjoys spending time hiking, spending time with her girlfriend and two dogs, playing in the pit orchestra for musicals, and performing with local original artist, “Mike Neglia & the Nobles.”
