The Songwriter Workshop

In this class you will learn techniques for songwriting. We’ll start with the seed of your idea and take it through the journey to a completed song. We’ll write poetic and descriptive lyrics, work out a meaningful melody, find an appropriate chord progression and song structure, decide on the right harmonies, arrange for multiple instruments, create lead sheets for other musicians, and finally play and record your song at the completion of the class.
