Michelle Henry

If you were to ask Michelle Henry what she loves about music, she’d answer with these poetic words attributed to Plato, “it gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, charm and gaiety to life and to everything.” She believes music is always with us in our hearts, minds, souls, fingers, and voices. Michelle specializes in most beginning band instruments, including the flute and other woodwinds. She also teaches the piano and harp. Her favorite musical artists span a wide variety of styles and genres, from Ed Sheeran and Billy Joel to Andrea Bocelli and Trombone Shorty.
