Eric Stalter

Eric Stalter

To call Eric Stalter’s musical talent “multifaceted” would be to massively undersell it. He began playing violin, viola, cello, and bass about 30 years ago. Ten years later, he began playing the guitar. Fast forward another decade, and Eric is now the master of the mandolin, ukelele, dobro, and banjo as well! Eric loves music for its ability to connect people. He says a shared interest in a particular artist creates an immediate connection point and a simple melody, even without words, can tell a powerful story. Eric juggles his 20-year passion for teaching music with performing with his church orchestra and with his day job as a Certified Surgical Technologist. He and his wife Alissa have two children, Jackson and Addison. At the end of a long day, Eric enjoys unwinding with his favorite puzzle toy, a massive 7x7x7 Rubik’s Cube.
