The Beginning Guitar Ensemble is designed for students with little to no guitar experience who are eager to learn in a fun, supportive group setting. Students will build a strong musical foundation while developing the skills needed to play confidently alongside other musicians.
Throughout the session, students will learn proper playing technique, chords, strumming patterns, note reading, rhythm, and basic music theory while exploring a variety of engaging songs and ensemble music. Rehearsals emphasize collaboration, listening, and musicianship, helping students gain confidence as they perform together.
Whether students are picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to strengthen the fundamentals, the Beginning Guitar Ensemble offers an encouraging environment where every student can grow. The session concludes with a performance for family and friends, celebrating each student’s progress and the joy of making music together.
