Uke-Connect is a welcoming adult ukulele group that brings people together through music, creativity, and connection. Alongside learning and playing ukulele in a relaxed social setting, the group incorporates elements to support emotional well-being, confidence, and connection with others. Sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive, and enjoyable, using music as a tool for self-expression, stress reduction, and positive social interaction. Activities may include group singing, rhythm exercises, gentle improvisation, mindful listening, collaborative music-making, and opportunities for reflection and conversation. These approaches can help participants feel more present, relaxed, and connected while building musical skills at their own pace. No previous musical experience is needed — just curiosity, openness, and a desire to enjoy music with others.
