Promotion: Alyssa Noble, Director of Operations
Pearl Arts is pleased to announce the promotion Alyssa Noble, formerly our Operations Manager. Alyssa has been promoted to Director of Operations.
“Growing up, I always had a love for music. I got my first solo in kindergarten, and from then on, there was hardly a day I wasn’t singing. Show Choir took over my life from 6th grade until I graduated high school, and I attribute so much of who I am to those 7 years spent surrounded by music and a teacher who pushed me to be the best version of myself. While I didn’t study music in college, I still found ways to make music part of my daily life. After a brief stint working in professional sports, I somehow found my way into a job at Sweetwater Sound.
What started as “just a job” at Sweetwater turned into a career path that has brought me so much joy. I spent 5 years working my way through different positions and departments at Sweetwater, until I finally became the Concierge & Campus Events Manager. My time at Sweetwater was incredible and truly life-changing, but after 5 years, I was ready for my next challenge, so I decided to go into the non-profit world.
Working in a healthcare non-profit taught me so much about philanthropy, giving back to my community, and seeing the impact of my work on a daily basis. It filled my cup on so many levels, but I found myself missing music more than I ever thought I would. That is when Pearl Arts found me.
I joined Pearl Arts in June of 2024 with no title, a building that was in the final stages of construction, and no clue what I was getting myself into. The past (almost) two years have been among the most rewarding and growth-filled of my career. I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had, in such a short amount of time, to actively make a difference in the lives of so many students. I am proud to be the Director of Operations at Pearl Arts and to work with such an incredible team every single day.”
