Griffin TenBarge
Griffin TenBarge first picked up guitar as a teenager, playing in a variety of worship teams and small bands until leaving to study music theory and composition in college. While enrolled, Griffin was recognized as his school’s composer of the year. A Fort Wayne native, Griffin took a seven-year musician’s pilgrimage to Nashville after graduating. Now back in the Fort, Griffin believes music is meant to be shared and loves to teach others how notes and melodies can be used to express deep human emotions.
Griffin’s favorite music artists include Kaleo, Noah Kahan, and Benson Boone, but he also adores the work of composer Claude Debussy and classical guitarist Francisco Tárrega. Outside of music, Griffin enjoys hiking and longboard as well as playing board games and video games with his friends. He and his wife Kelsey have two young boys together, Caspian and Rhodes.
