Surack Enterprises Celebrates 5 Years by Supporting Pearl Arts

Surack Enterprises marked its five-year anniversary with a celebration that reflected the company’s deep commitment to giving back. In the weeks leading up to the event, employees quietly contributed personal donations, choosing to honor the milestone by supporting Pearl Arts scholarships. At the celebration, the company revealed the collective gift and announced it directly to Chuck and Lisa Surack, creating a heartfelt moment that underscored the team’s appreciation for their leadership and community vision.

The company’s fundraising campaign aimed to sponsor a child’s music lessons for one full year, which is a $1,800 investment that opens the door to creativity, confidence, and growth. The outpouring of employee support exceeded expectations, totaling $6,371, enough to provide more than three full-year scholarships for young musicians.

According to Suzanne Gendron, Director of Business Administration and Executive Assistant to the Founder at Surack Enterprises, “Chuck and Lisa have shown us what it truly means to lead with generosity. This was our opportunity to follow their example and celebrate five years by giving back in a way that creates opportunities for the next generation.”

By turning their anniversary into an opportunity to invest in young learners, Surack Enterprises demonstrated the values that have shaped the organization since its founding, including service, community, and creating opportunities for the next generation. These scholarship dollars will directly support students who may not otherwise have access to music lessons or creative learning experiences, advancing Pearl Arts’ mission.
